At Trawler Studio, we believe in intentional consumption. Whether you are purchasing an original piece from our collection or discovering a brand through our curation, we are committed to transparency, quality, and exceptional service.

The Original Collection (T-Shirts)

  • Order Processing: Each item is printed to order in the UK to reduce environmental waste. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before dispatch.

  • Payment: We accept all major credit cards and secure payment methods. Your data is encrypted and handled with the highest security standards.

  • Cancellations: As our T-shirts are custom-printed for you, we can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed.

  • Returns & Quality: As our items are custom-printed, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, if your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days with a clear photo of the issue. We will work with our printing partner to arrange a complimentary replacement for you.

This does not affect your statutory rights; if your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us within 14 days so we can arrange a replacement.

For items purchased via our affiliate partners, the individual store’s terms and conditions apply. Trawler Studio is not responsible for the inventory, pricing, or fulfilment of these third-party products.

Your privacy is paramount. We only use the information you provide (such as your name and address) to fulfill your Trawler Studio orders and to provide necessary customer support. We never sell your data to third parties.
