Hats

Custom hats are made to order and take around 2 weeks to make and process. After which they will be sent out by courier. Please note we do not accept returns on custom made items.

Any buy now hats will be sent out in 2 - 4 days.

Clothing

The clothing and accessories are either one of a kind or limited stock. They are available to purchase immediately and will be sent out within 2 - 4 days.

​Tee Shirts

Trawler Studio partners with a trusted UK-based printing team to create each piece just for you — reducing waste and keeping things local.

  • Production time: 7–10 business days

  • Delivery (Royal Mail or similar): 2–4 business days after printing

  • You'll receive a tracking link when your parcel is on the way

Please understand that sometimes there are delays due to reasons that are out of our control. For example busy mail times like Christmas often means delays. However, we do our best to always get your items to you in perfect condition and on time! 

Return & Refund Policy

Most items are printed to order or hand-finished — that means we can’t accept returns for change of mind.

But if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order details. We’ll offer you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

We aim to keep our processes fair, thoughtful, and kind — just like the clothes.
