Trawler Studio is an editorial destination for intentional living. When you find a piece you love through one of my curated collections, clicking the provided link will take you directly to the retailer’s website to complete your purchase.

Because you are buying directly from these retailers, Trawler Studio does not hold stock, nor do we process payments or shipping. As a result, we are unable to facilitate returns, exchanges, or order inquiries for these items.

Retailer Responsibility 

Please note: When you purchase an item via a link on Trawler Studio, you are entering into a direct contract with that specific retailer. Consequently, all aspects of your order—including returns, refunds, exchanges, and delivery issues—are the sole responsibility of the brand from which you purchased.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to the documentation provided by the retailer at the time of your purchase. Each retailer maintains its own returns policy, and you will need to follow their official process—usually via their website’s returns portal—to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

Trawler Studio partners with a trusted UK-based printing team to create each piece specifically for you—reducing waste and keeping things local.

  • Production Time: 7–10 business days.

  • Delivery: 2–4 business days after printing (via Royal Mail or similar).

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.
